I am a designer maker, working from a little studio attached to my house in West London. In the Summer, I throw the doors open and watch my chickens scratching about. There is a river at the bottom of the garden, and swans and ducks are also frequent visitors.

After completing a degree in Fashion, I ended up studying traditional metal smithing techniques at evening class, and began making silver jewellery. For many years, I made lots of pieces for myself, and some for friends and family, but over time more people asked me to make things for them, and with some encouraging nudges, I set up my little business, originally from my workbench in the corner of my kitchen.

I work in silver and gold, and both semi-precious and precious stones. My work is hallmarked by the London Assay office.
